Commissioner William Moulton moved the continuation; Commissioner Preston Crow seconded and the motion passed on a 6‑0‑0 roll call (Owen Ackerman, Preston Crow, Gene Crouch, Carl Hakansson, William Moulton, Gregory Wands voting yes; Gabriel Toledo absent).
Later in the meeting the Commission voted to adjourn; that motion passed 7‑0‑0 and the meeting ended at 9:16 PM.
No substantive approvals were granted at the hearing; peer review of contamination, stormwater and floodplain materials remains outstanding and will inform further action on the project.
