Residents tell Salida council of driveway flooding and downtown parking strain

"I think you guys need to, in essence, really think about the decisions that you're making because this economy ... and the business community is not working for this town," Martinez said. He also asked the city administrator for an update on the "Adleman" property and when the resident there might be evicted.
The council did not take formal action during citizen comment. Mayor Jessica Telly said staff would take the remarks into advisement and that council direction or follow‑up would appear later in reports or through staff responses.
