The board also reviewed an agreement with QC Communications to install underground and overhead communications lines near Section Street and 300 North and discussed a proposed driveway entrance for a cell tower on 100 East. Commissioners approved signing the communications and residential-internet agreements, including a boring from a pedestal to a residence on 425 South to bring service to that home.
