With no quorum present, members did not vote to approve the November and December 2025 minutes or the February 2026 minutes; approval was explicitly tabled. Chair McKnight said information about a recent RAB meeting at Wright-Patterson AFB would be provided at a future meeting.
New business items included a reminder that Chair McKnight will present at the Neighborhood President's Forum on April 27 and that the EAB will not meet in May because of the Children’s Water Festival. Katherine Arnett promoted the Environmental Leaders Program run by Greater Dayton Partners for the Environment and said applications for a September session will be circulated.
Grace Dietsch moved to adjourn and Ellenmarie Wahlrab seconded; the meeting was adjourned at 1:29 p.m. No further votes were recorded at the April 10 session.
