Commission to compile city services to boost Human Rights Campaign score and update website

He told the commission he is gathering documentation on city funding for HIV/AIDS emergency and long-term housing (a contribution to the Jewish Health Care Foundation) and on OCHS's on-site testing for people experiencing homelessness.
Corey said he wants the commission to publicize that work on its web page and proposed a searchable map that lists LGBT-related services and contact information, including public-safety contacts. Hannah was assigned to post agendas and minutes so the commission's online presence is up to date.
Ann Marie Allison said contractors assessing ADA compliance across public spaces produced an inventory approaching 1,000 locations; she said the assessment report is in review and that she hopes to present findings publicly in the fall. Commissioners suggested coordinating mapping and resource lists with the Gender Equity Commission to avoid duplication.
Corey asked commissioners to identify the resources they want posted and agreed to circulate links and a timetable for updating the page.
