The Tecumseh City Council on Sept. 15 approved Pay Application No. 5 to Farabee Mechanical for $217,798.55 and passed a consent agenda that included the Sept. 2, 2025 minutes and routine city bills during a regular session at the Utilities Conference Room.
Council Member Lorie Topp moved to approve Pay Application No. 5 for Farabee Mechanical; Council Member Tyler Speckmann seconded. The motion passed with Council Members Brian Britt, Alicia Brommer, Tyler Speckmann and Lorie Topp voting aye. No council member voted against the motion. Council Members Lance Beethe and Travis Goracke were recorded as absent.
The consent agenda was approved later in the meeting by a motion from Council Member Lorie Topp, seconded by Council Member Alicia Brommer.
