Snoqualmie City Council approves agenda, moves into executive session on potential litigation

The chair announced the meeting’s sole agenda item: an executive session to consider potential litigation, citing authority under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i). The chair said the session would include the city administrator, the city attorney and external counsel and that “no action will follow the executive session, so we will not reconvene in this chamber.”
The chair closed the public portion of the special meeting and moved the council into executive session; the council did not take further public action during the meeting.
