After closing the hearing, Commissioner Maselli moved and Commissioner O’Brien seconded a motion to recommend that the Board adopt the staff analysis, findings of fact and conclusions of law as stated in the staff report and approve LUCT‑02‑26. The motion carried unanimously.
The commission’s recommendation forwards the permitting decision to the Board of County Commissioners. The staff report and the commission’s motion adopt the staff’s stated findings and legal conclusions; the BOCC will consider the permit at a future meeting. No citizen testimony was recorded at the commission meeting.
