The McIntosh Town Council recorded the following formal actions at its Jan. 20 meeting; all recorded votes were unanimous.
• Procedural motion to move item six for consideration after the consent agenda — moved by Cllr Deaderick, seconded by Cllr Medeiros; outcome: approved unanimously.
• Acceptance of the consent agenda and financials — moved by Cllr Deaderick, seconded by Cllr Ciotti; outcome: approved unanimously.
• Resolution (in principle) to approve a McIntosh 1890s Festival on Oct. 16–17, 2026 and use of rights-of-way and roads — moved by Cllr Deaderick, seconded by Cllr Medeiros; outcome: approved unanimously.
• Permission for the festival organizing group to use the community center until a governance structure is set — moved by Cllr Deaderick, seconded by Cllr Medeiros; outcome: approved unanimously.
• Change August meeting date to the 25th — moved by Cllr Deaderick, seconded by Cllr Medeiros; outcome: approved unanimously.
• Allocation of $100 donation from Mr. Feaster to Parks & Recreation for Arbor Day tree planting — moved by Cllr Medeiros, seconded by Cllr Deaderick; outcome: approved unanimously.
No recorded votes failed or were tabled during the meeting. Several agenda items (engineering estimates, stormwater priorities, walking-trail signage and the Comprehensive Plan/vision meeting) received discussion but no formal funding votes.
