On the athletic complex, staff reported the perimeter field drain is complete, rock grading for the track is about 80% finished, and contractors are scheduled to pour concrete for bleacher and press‑box footings July 30–31. Tennis courts received a two‑phase resurfacing and repainting that removed cracks and restored playing lines; staff said the repairs make the courts playable and more attractive for play.
