Stark: "We received a negative declaration for the subdivision at the last planning board meeting, and I believe tonight, you have an opportunity to vote on the resolution for approval," Danielle Stark said, noting the prior environmental finding. The board registered no objections to the resolution as drafted and approved both items by voice vote.
The board indicated the two items were included in the same resolution and advised staff to finalize documentation for the file. The applicant was thanked and the board moved on to its next agenda items.
