"Accordingly, I make a motion that the board authorize the issuance of the reference subpoena," Ryan said. Miss Phillips seconded the motion. There was no discussion; the board voted unanimously to approve the motion and the prepared subpoena will be issued in response to Mr. King's request.
The board did not specify the hearing date during the meeting and provided no additional details about the subpoena’s subject matter. The meeting then moved to adjournment.
