Staff said the mural will be fabricated as a sublimated aluminum panel to increase durability and will meet the mural design criteria. The proposal was presented as consistent with the comprehensive plan, design standards and a prior ordinance condition requiring a visual treatment on the western facade for the Madison Terrace development.
No public comment was offered on the mural. A motion to approve the mural subject to standard conditions in the staff report passed unanimously.
