Commission recommends sending final plats to Development Review Committee to comply with state law

A commissioner moved that the commission recommend city council adopt the state-mandated language to swap Planning Commission references to the Development Review Committee in city code for final subdivision review; the motion passed.
Staff noted the change is intended to speed final-plat processing and to align local rules with state statute; the commission will forward its recommendation to city council.
