Properties Committee adopts ASI Systems annual license fee schedule for recommendation to full board

County Controller/Administrator Moses Sanzo told the Properties Committee that as the county transitions to BS&A it still will require ASI Systems services and licensing. The committee recommended to the full board adoption of ASI Systems, Inc.’s Annual Financial Software License and Support Fee Schedule for the period April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027.
Sanzo discussed which ASI services and licensing would be retained after the transition and addressed retention requirements for records. The committee approved the fee schedule on a motion by Ian Kempf, supported by Kevin Knisely; the minutes record the motion as carried.
The committee forwarded the recommendation to the full Board of Commissioners for final approval.
