The Properties Committee on June 11 approved a change to the Veterans Department copier agreement to add printing trays designed to preserve confidentiality.
Veterans Director Pete Kirley reported that increased printing needs and expanded services in the department required additional copier functionality; he requested the purchase of extra printing trays for confidentiality purposes. By motion of Ian Kempf, supported by Scott McMahan, the committee recommended to the full board that the Veterans Director proceed with Visual Edge for the additional services at a monthly cost of $207.96, to be paid from line 293‑682‑729.000, and authorized the chairman to sign the agreement. The motion carried.
