Bissett said about 70% of county staff participate in the training, that the current contract has no early‑exit clause, and that staff plan to seek additional pricing at renewal. The committee authorized the I.T. director to proceed with the remaining payments for the KnowBe4 subscription to be paid from line 631-228-977.250, with the minutes stating there is no additional cost to the County General Fund.
