At 4:00 p.m. on July 9 the Rye Conservation Commission conducted a site walk at 300 Sagamore Road to review a proposal for a farm stand. Present were Chair Shawn Joyce, Clerk Hugh Lee, Land Use & Environmental Administrator Kara Campbell and owner Cindy Dodds.
The minutes state the applicant will present the proposal at the July 9 meeting and the commission will then make a motion in support of or not in support of the project. The site walk concluded and Chair Shawn Joyce adjourned the meeting at 4:30 p.m.
No formal decision or vote occurred during the site walk; the farm stand proposal will return to the commission for formal consideration.
