Member Jeremy Rehrig moved to purchase 150 pumpkins at a cost not to exceed $300; Secretary Kristina DiGiampaolo seconded the motion and the board voted unanimously in favor. The minutes record that the Christmas Tree Lighting (Dec. 5, 2026) and Egg Hunt (Mar. 2, 2027) were noted with no action taken. Chair Tyrene Christman suggested a back-to-school event in August to distribute school supplies, provide toy donations and possibly sell leftover Swamp Fest merchandise; the idea was tabled for further review.
