Residents raise fairness, communication concerns as Cudahy council clears preliminary sewer-lateral replacement resolution

The Common Council approved a preliminary resolution to replace sanitary sewer laterals on Packard Avenue between Cudahy Avenue and Lunham Avenue and declared intent to exercise special powers under Wis.
