The ordinance was introduced on first reading after a motion by Council Member George Pomianek and a second by Council Member Rocco Luisi. By roll call the motion passed and the ordinance was scheduled for final passage at the Regular Meeting on July 15, 2026.
The ordinance text states it will take effect upon final reading and adoption.
