Chair Jim Harper announced at 6:53 p.m. that the executive session had concluded and read aloud the list of participants before asking anyone who believed the closed meeting had strayed from the authorized motion to "state your concern for the record."
Harper read the names of those present for the executive session: Winslow Taylor; Devin Harris; Christopher Broth; Melina Marks; Elizabeth Duffins; John Zarkas; Anne Chase; Lindsay Halverson; Dr. David Brown; Holly Huebner; Ron Wakefield; and himself, Jim Harper. Harper said, "For the record, if any person who participated in the executive session believes that any discussion of any matter not included in the motion to go into the executive session or that any improper action occurred during the executive session in violation of the open meeting law, I would ask that you state your concern for the record."
After offering the opportunity for objections and receiving none, Chair Jim Harper declared the meeting adjourned. Brief acknowledgements followed; a meeting participant said "Very good" and thanked attendees, and the chair addressed someone named Chris before the transcript ends.
