Board approves 2026 street-resurfacing contract and awards Quarry Trails bid

The board also awarded the Quarry Trails construction contract to Satcher Construction for $910,016.68; staff read that bid amount during the public-works agenda. The public-works slate included other routine items (herbicide-contract advertising, equipment purchase and CEI selection for MDOT projects) which the board approved together by voice vote.
