Haileyville council approves minutes, bill payments and auditor fees for 2022 and 2023 audits

At its Sept. 10 meeting, the Haileyville PWA approved a slate of routine procedural items, including the Aug. 13 meeting minutes, payment of August 2024 bills, and two invoices to the city's auditor.
Councilmember Terry Sensibaugh moved to approve the Aug. 13 minutes; Debbie Brown seconded and roll call recorded six yes votes, carrying the motion. Sensibaugh then moved to pay the August 2024 bills; Debbie Brown seconded and the motion passed on a 6-0 roll call.
The council also approved payment of $1,800 to Ralph Osborn CPA LLP for the 2022 audit (motion by Debbie Brown, second by Terry Sensibaugh) and $1,950 to Ralph Osborn CPA LLP for the 2023 audit (motion by Debbie Brown, second by Tyler McGuire). Both audit payments passed by a 6-0 roll call.
The minutes record no dissent and do not include additional discussion or supporting documentation for the approved bills and invoices. The meeting adjourned at 8:16 PM.
