Planning board to standardize land-use applications; discusses master-plan outreach and CIP update

After the meeting’s formal business, the board held a working session at 7:36 p.m. during which Planning Board member Iris Waitt said Lot Line Adjustment, Subdivision and Site Plan Review applications are the board’s primary forms and proposed standardizing them. Waitt said she will draft standardized application forms and present them to the board for input.
Under Other Business, Randy Beltz described a flyer and website survey from the town of Littleton that solicits community input for Littleton’s master plan and suggested Greenfield consider a similar outreach tool. George Rainier suggested the board update the town’s Capital Improvement Program, saying the last document “was not really a CIP.”
No votes or budget figures were recorded for these items; board members assigned follow-up work to draft standardized forms and to consider master-plan outreach ideas during a future meeting.
