Planning Board and ZBA to review zoning ‘pool’ definition; joint meeting set for Aug. 24

Members from both boards said they would seek the building inspector’s guidance on how that definition should be applied and individually review the ordinance before meeting again. The boards agreed to hold a follow-up joint meeting on August 24 at 7:00 p.m. to consider revisions or clarifying guidance together.
Board members described the process as a first step toward reconciling definitions between panels rather than a final policy change. The June 8 discussion produced no ordinance amendments; the Aug. 24 joint meeting is the next scheduled opportunity to pursue any changes.
