Coffee County Commission approves 2030 reappraisal plan, revised sick‑leave policy and rezoning

Both 5.b and 5.c were later considered separately and passed via voice vote.
A motion was recorded to consider an Apology Letter (moved by Commissioner Morris and seconded by Commissioner Perry); the minutes state, "No action taken." The commission proceeded to other business without adopting or directing further action on that item.
Other routine actions included approval of the March 10, 2026 minutes and a proclamation recognizing April as Safe Digging Month. The meeting adjourned after the listed business; the minutes were signed by Teresa H. McFadden, Coffee County Clerk. The commission scheduled its next regular meeting for May 12, 2026.
