Committee approves minor edits to Water District 34 distribution rules

Vice Chairman Hart asked about winter stock water versus summer use; Mr. Anders explained that stock water is often part of a water right but does not increase overall diversion rate. Senator Cook moved to approve the docket; Senator Kohl seconded and the motion carried by voice vote.
