Price said input from Idaho Fish and Game, the Bureau of Land Management, the U.S. Forest Service, the Idaho Outfitters and Guides Association and industry stakeholders was incorporated into the proposed changes. Rep. Raybould moved to approve the docket; the motion carried by voice vote.
Rep. Church moved to approve the Feb. 3, 2026 meeting minutes; the motion carried by voice vote. With no further business, Chairman Mendive adjourned the meeting at 2:58 p.m.
