Committee endorses wildlife crossings resolution after cost questions; three members record NAYs

The minutes record that Rep. Boyle, Rep. Miller and Rep. Vander Woude requested to be recorded as voting NAY. The resolution will proceed to the House floor with Rep. Petzke as sponsor, per the committee minutes.
