Attorney Lyle Fuller presented a lease agreement between the City of Preston and Zion Bank for a 2026 International plow truck at the Aug. 11 council meeting.
Councilmember Terry Larson moved to approve the lease and Councilmember Chris Larsen seconded. The council authorized Mayor Daniel M. Keller to sign all necessary documentation. The minutes record the vote as follows: Councilmember Todd Thomas — Aye; Councilmember Terry Larson — Aye; Councilmember Brent Dodge — Aye; Councilmember Chris Larsen — Aye. The motion passed by unanimous approval among present members.
The lease will allow the city to place the 2026 plow truck into service per the terms presented to the council.
