CRA board approves $59,100 matching grant for Crown Assisted Living roof replacement

The City of New Smyrna Beach Community Redevelopment Agency approved a $59,100 50/50 matching commercial façade/property improvement grant to Crown Assisted Living LLC to replace the roof at 301 Milford Place in New Smyrna Beach.

Director Samantha Bergeron told the board the CRA and city commission had approved program guidelines on April 13, 2021, and that Crown Assisted Living’s project meets the program’s requirements.
