At their Feb. 17 meeting at the Gilford Public Library, the Gunstock Acres Village Water District commissioners approved several routine actions, accepted a resignation and appointed an interim commissioner.
The board approved payment of a Lakes Region Water invoice for $36,900, a Peter O'Hearn invoice for $1,960.00, and a Karen Goss invoice for $450.00. Each motion to pay those invoices passed 3-0.
Commissioners also voted to accept the resignation of Commissioner Rich Haidul and to appoint Bob Binder, a resident of Gilford, to serve as commissioner until the district's next annual meeting. Both motions passed 3-0.
The board discussed scheduling the annual meeting, anticipated to occur in March 2026, but said timing depends on approval of the district budget and the MS-737 financial reporting form by the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration.
The meeting record was prepared by Ryan Geraci, Clerk; the meeting was adjourned and no further formal actions were recorded.
