Commission adopts ordinance granting C&D franchise to SJP Enterprises

The city attorney read the ordinance title into the record and Director Ray provided a brief staff report indicating the agreement is standard for C&D franchise services. No members of the public spoke during the public hearing. The clerk called the roll and recorded unanimous votes in favor of adoption.
The ordinance will take effect as provided in the ordinance language; the clerk recorded the adoption on the record.
