Zoning board memorializes four approvals, adopts minutes and adjourns

At its July 22 meeting the Sayreville Zoning Board of Adjustment read and approved memorializations for four previously heard applications: 27 Adam Boulevard, 33 Elm Terrace, 175 Oak Street and 48 Buttonwood Drive. Board members indicated they had the memorialization paperwork, moved to approve each as written, and approved them by roll call.
Chair (S1) said two other cases — 30 Bainhurst Avenue and 5 Fisher — were not memorialized tonight and will be carried to the Aug. 26 meeting. The board also moved to approve the minutes of the June 24, 2026 regular meeting and recorded an affirmative roll call. Having completed business, the chair moved to adjourn and the meeting was adjourned.
