Poole later moved to approve the claims, with David Bailey seconding; the same four members voted yes and the motion passed.
During the financial review, Mike Kern presented the seven-month figures: "Our total revenues were $764,417.18," he said, adding that revenues are running at about 97% of budget and that springtime water use typically increases collections. Kern reported expenses of $691,678.06, producing an operating income of $72,738.12. He said the authority transferred $19,000 to the city, leaving a net profit of $53,738.12 for the period. Kern said he will monitor revenues closely going into spring.
