Connie Poole moved to approve the minutes and Dan Heathcock seconded; the board voted in favor. Dan Heathcock moved to approve the claims, Connie Poole seconded, and the board again voted unanimously among members present.
The board also approved a one-year contract for accountant services performed by George M. Kern, CPA. Mike Kern stated that last year’s billing was $1,150 and the proposed contract reflects a straight 5 percent increase to $1,207.50; Dan Heathcock moved to approve the contract, Connie Poole seconded, and the motion passed with all members present voting yes.
The meeting concluded with brief comments from board members thanking staff. Connie Poole moved to adjourn, Jason Wagnon seconded, and the board adjourned by unanimous vote among those present.
