Rosa, LLC (Invitation to Bid 26-04), awarded two asphalt/paving contracts to All States Construction, Inc. (26-08 Asphalt-Rubber Surface Treatment; 26-09 Bonded Wearing Course) and approved a Road Resurfacing contract with Cocchiola Paving, Inc. (26-10). Councilors also approved financing for four municipal vehicles through Clayton Holdings, LLC under a state and municipal lease/purchase agreement.
