Linda Doty then moved to move into executive session under the provisions of Title 1, Section 313(a)(1)(A) of the Vermont Statutes to discuss contracts with town personnel; Jay Thorton seconded and the motion was unanimously approved.
The board left executive session by consensus at 8:26 p.m. and recorded no action taken following the closed discussion.
