The Warren Hills Regional Board of Education on June 2 approved a series of personnel appointments and staffing motions for the 2026–27 school year and authorized a settlement and release with a district employee.
The personnel consent agenda (motions I.1–I.19) included teacher and staff hires, coach appointments and summer-program staffing. Notable administrative hires approved by the board were Michael Mason as Director of Facilities with an annual salary of $106,310; Kevin Call as Head Athletic Trainer at $131,243; Dennis Mack as Director of Human Resources at $115,332; Timothy Jaw as Technology Coordinator at $132,973; and David Guth as School Security Program Director at $93,332. The motions also approved summer program staffing, ESY personnel, and stipends for extracurricular advisors and coaches.
The board approved the settlement and release with Employee ID#37845583 and authorized the Board President to execute the agreement on the board’s behalf. The settlement motion was listed along with the personnel items on the consent agenda and carried with the other personnel approvals.
Superintendent Earl C. Clymer III presented administrative recommendations and the personnel slate was adopted by motion. Thomas Dufner also entered a statement for the record that, although he was absent from the May 19 meeting, he would have voted against the superintendent appointment at that time; that clarification was recorded in the minutes.
Several personnel items and summer assignments carry conditions noted in the agenda (for example, pending receipt of required documents or limits on hours and stipend totals). The board’s approvals were recorded in the official minutes and supporting attachments filed with the agenda packet.
