Groveland planning board approves routine items, sets Aug. 4 meeting; habitat remapping comment period announced

Chair (S1) moved to continue a modification to the approved site plan for 912 Salem Street to allow the applicant to supply additional information; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
The board approved the July 7, 2026 meeting minutes after a motion from a board member. Town planner (S8) provided updates: Ines Land Strategies will present on the current conditions of 46 Washington Street later in August or September, and the state Division of Fisheries & Wildlife has issued draft priority habitat remapping materials for Groveland. The planner said the draft map will be posted Aug. 5 and the public comment period runs through Oct. 4; she will post links and encourage resident participation.
The board confirmed its next meeting for Tuesday, Aug. 4 at 7 p.m., requested a TEC representative attend, and adjourned the July 21 meeting by voice vote.
