KUA approves March minutes, claims and updates bank signers in unanimous recorded votes
Summary
On April 15 the Krebs Utilities Authority voted to approve March 18 minutes and claims, added Vice Mayor Larry Coxsey as an authorized signer at First National Bank, McAlester, and removed David Bailey and Connie Poole as signers; all recorded votes in the meeting minutes were recorded as yes votes by Dan Heathcock, Sherri DeFrange, Chuck Nelms and Larry Coxsey.

Minutes and claims: Board member Larry Coxsey moved to approve the March 18, 2025 minutes; Chuck Nelms seconded and the motion passed with recorded votes listed as Dan Heathcock- yes, Sherri DeFrange- yes, Chuck Nelms- yes and Larry Coxsey- yes. Dan Heathcock moved to approve the claims, seconded by Larry Coxsey; the motion likewise passed with the same recorded yes votes.
Bank signers: The board voted to add Vice Mayor Larry Coxsey as an authorized signer on KUA accounts at First National Bank, McAlester (accounts listed in the packet), on a motion by Dan Heathcock and a second by Sherri DeFrange; recorded votes were Dan Heathcock- yes, Sherri DeFrange- yes, Chuck Nelms- yes and Larry Coxsey- yes. The board also approved removing David Bailey and removing Connie Poole as authorized signers on the same bank accounts; both motions carried with the same recorded vote pattern.
Adjournment: Larry Coxsey moved to adjourn; Chuck Nelms seconded. The recorded vote was listed as Dan Heathcock- yes, Sherri DeFrange- yes, Chuck Nelms- yes and Larry Coxsey- yes and the meeting was adjourned.
