The Probation Services Council met May 29, 2026, in a hybrid session with Executive Director Roxanna Gamusio presiding. After establishing a quorum, the council accepted a revised agenda and approved the February meeting minutes. Judge Brody Kane moved to accept counsel’s recommendations, which the council approved by roll call; the meeting adjourned at 10:13 a.m. with the next meeting set for Aug. 7, 2026.
Gamusi o provided a brief budget update and introduced the redacted legal report prepared by attorney Michael Underhill. Judge Brody Kane, who said he had reviewed the report, moved to approve the attorney’s recommendations “in whole for each of the, each of the 4 different matters.” The motion was seconded and, after Commissioner Baker Ring reconnected to the call, the council recorded aye votes from the members present and accepted the recommendations.
