2) The board accepted a written request from Hudson Highlands Fiore Trail Incorporated (HHFT) to adjourn the Dutchess Manor restoration and site redesign review until Aug. 18, 2026 so HHFT could review public comments received in the prior three days. The chair read the letter into the record; the board voted to grant the adjournment.
3) With no other business, the board moved to adjourn the meeting; the motion carried and the session ended. These three actions will reappear on the Aug. 18, 2026 agenda for public hearing and further consideration.
