Chair read a letter into the record from Hudson Highlands Fiore Trail Incorporated (HHFT) asking the Zoning Board of Appeals to adjourn consideration of the Dutchess Manor restoration and site redesign matter until the August 18, 2026 meeting. The letter said recent public comments received over the previous three days warranted additional review and possible response by HHFT before the board issues a determination under Town of Fishkill Town Code section 150-11.
A board member moved to accept the adjournment request; the motion was seconded and carried with the board voting "Aye" and no recorded opposition. The item will return to the board's agenda at the Aug. 18 meeting for further consideration; the letter was placed on the record at the July 21 meeting.
