Board approves minutes, personnel, volunteers, fundraisers and student trips; moves Welch conveyance to next agenda

The board approved the personnel agenda, a volunteer agenda item, and three school fundraisers (taken together), as well as a bundle of student trips (items 1–40) following motions and voice votes recorded as 'aye.' The chair also asked for approval of the monthly unaudited financial report for September; after staff explanation, the board approved that report as well.
Separately, a board member moved to put a possible conveyance of Welch Elementary to the city of Welch on the next agenda; the superintendent said staff would prepare the action item and supporting documents for the board’s review. The meeting adjourned at 5:22 PM.
