Finance Officer Brenda Reece presented the annual records disposal/destruction list that will be recorded in the July 8, 2025 board minutes. The list included general records such as bank statements and reconciliations, monthly financial reports and ledgers for FY 2020–2021, invoices, accounts payable journals and certain tax forms (for example IRS Form 941 from 2018).
Program records listed included fuel tax refund claims (FY 2020–2021), animal licensing forms (2021) and older tax scrolls (2014). Reece's report served as the official record of documents the town plans to dispose of under its retention policy; the board did not debate each line item during the meeting.
