Town Clerk Holly Willis reported on June 3 that the Trent Woods Planning Board has scheduled a meeting for June 19 at 5:30 p.m. to consider recommending the Board of Commissioners adopt a residential sign regulation and to revisit the out‑building ordinance to recommend height and/or size regulations.
Attorney Trey Ferguson had earlier advised the board to request the Planning Board address a sign ordinance, and the board confirmed the Planning Board meeting date. The Planning Board's recommendations will be returned to the Board of Commissioners for consideration and possible ordinance changes.
