Maintenance and Zoning Supervisor Mike Haber reported that WithersRavenel held the pre-construction meeting for Stormwater Improvement Project #1, covering work on Coquina and Carteret Drive. Haber said the project is scheduled to start June 1, subject to weather, but noted a 6–8 week delay in delivery of castings for drainage tiles.
Haber told the board he was monitoring related issues — including a separate sinkhole on Country Club Drive — and will coordinate construction timing as material deliveries and weather allow. No vote was taken; the board received the project update and will monitor progress ahead of the June 1 start date.
