Votes at a glance: selectboard approves prior minutes, holds executive session

The Richford Selectboard approved two sets of minutes and recorded subsequent actions during the Dec. 1 meeting. Selectman Andy Pond moved to approve the Nov. 13, 2025 minutes (seconded by Selectman Kristin Murphy); the motion "passed 4-0. Selectwoman Paquette abstained," according to the minutes. The board then approved the Nov. 17 minutes unanimously.
The board also voted to move into an executive session for contracts and personnel at 6:00 p.m. (motion by Selectwoman Sherry Paquette, seconded by Chair Steinhour). Selectman Alan Fletcher moved to come out of executive session at 6:30 p.m.; Selectwoman Kristin Murphy seconded. The minutes explicitly state there were no votes as a result of the executive session.
